I support the Board of Education's Amendment to the regulation. Parents have the primary duty to raise and educate their children. There is no place for a school teacher/administrator to decide that sexually explicit or morally offensive material should be shown to the children without parental consent. A teacher should not be showing R rated movies to their class, so they should also not be requiring R or X rated reading material. Mary Kapp
