I believe that this amendment would be an extra burden on teachers, who would have to try to determine what would be considered "sensitive material." Anything could be considered "sensitive" to someone. If a parent has an issue with material, they should contact the teacher--we (parents) already have the option to opt-out for items that we consider inappropriate.
