An increase in the approved hours for my live-in attendant. The current number of authorized hours does not adequately cover the assistance and supervision that is needed on a daily basis.  Because these needs extend throughout the day and require consistent support, additional attendant hours are necessary to ensure proper care and safety.  Reassessment of the current authorization and consideration of additional hours based on the actual daily care needs.
