Do you understand what a good facilitator does?  Ours is a Registered nurse with over 35 years of experience.  She has more knowledge of navigating this program than the people making these decisions.  She has kept my mom out of the hospital more than once by educating and providing support at the drop of a hat.  Do you even know the amount of money that saves the state? Our facilitator finds us equipment when MCO doesn’t cover, helps us find resources and treats us like family.  She is very good at making sure we know the regulations and everyone in our community loves her.  Take her away and we will take action
