I strongly support the comments of the Arc of Northern Virginia on the topic of the Proposed 2026 Medicaid Waiver Policies. It is imperative that Home and Community Based Services for adults with disabilities who are living in their community be as simply administered as possible and not pose unnecessary additional administrative burdens on families who are already providing so much of the necessary support for their adult children with disabilities 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
