First, I agree with the comments from the Arc organization of NOVA.

I would like to say being a person that works in this business, there are certain areas overwhelmed with agencies and service facilitators and there are areas that don't have any or short staffed. How is the Support Broker going to accommodate all the challenges that these families face with finding attendants, getting their paperwork in on time before possibly losing their waiver? What happens to these service faciltators that have been in these positions for several years? How many Support Brokers are going to be assigned to different areas? Especially the rural areas of Virginia..
