Greetings;

I has been brought to my attention that, DMAS is considering to 'Phase-out' Service facilitation ' at Coastal through PPL Services.

I think that this is a horrible idea because, I know that I and my Attendant are more than satisfied with the Services that we receive through them!!!

They are very professional, knowledgeable and express a genuine concern for my needs and the many 'Health Issues' that I experience on a daily basis!!!

I can certainly tell that, this is more than just a job to them!!!  

I am somewhat of a recluse.  However, I and my Attendant look forward to their visits whenever they are scheduled because, we always know, we will be greeted with hearts that genuine are more than willing to ensure that their clients are treated with Dignity and the uttermost Respect and also, they ensure that their clients receive the Services that we so desperately deserve!!!

"Coastal Service Facilitation" has definitely made a great difference in my life and in my family's lives as well and I thank GOD ABOVE for them!!!!!

With all of this being said, please know that, I deeply know and trust them, and we would not have this any other ways!!!  They matter very much to me and my family!!!
