Please keep the service facilitation as is and do not implement the 56 hr cap.

Maintaining Service Facilitation as is allows for the unique/individual assessments that are truly necessary, which then continues to allow for the absolute determination of specialized needs, including caregiver hours above 56 hrs a week.  My family is already barely surviving in order to keep my son from being institutionalized, which based on his case, he would likely perish in the system.  We are suffering and so unsure of our future, especially of my own son’s life, when everyone has passed.  There is no place for him based on his situation and needs. Please think of the most unseen cases as they can’t be lumped into the majority.  There are a number of us that truly need the assessments / service facilitation and considerations of more hours needed for care.  Everyone should be evaluated so that their particular needs are evaluated, validated and supported.
