Responding to a previous post about PPL and CDCN now having to make medical decisions on patients. What the heck is this all about?

I am an EOR for a medicaid waiver patient in central Va. Reading some of these comments it looks like the government wants to take away my Service Facilitator and replace with a worker from PPL? Why? I thought PPL just did payroll for my caregivers I hired to help my 32 y/o severly handicapped daughter? Why would a payroll company now be able to make medical decisions about my daughter's care? My service facilitator advocates for my daughter...not my payroll company.

We have been using the Time4Care app to clock in and out when the caregivers are assisting my daughter. This is what PPL needs to focus on...not my daughter's medical needs. We have others specialized to do that...not a payroll company.
