My experience is everything with the Service Facilitator is broken. The SF we currently have is so unprofessional and unhelpful. So a change is needed. I am sure some SF out there are doing everything they can for their clients. It just not been our experience. Who monitors the SF? Who will monitor the SB? The best possible care for our family member in need is in our home. Please remember the wavers represent a person not a $$.  The checks and balances need to be explained more so we make changes to better things for all of us.
