My son lives in SW Virginia and is on the FIS Waiver.  The implementation for support brokers is March 1, 2027.  His plan renews on April 1, 2027.  How will you insure that there are no gaps in his services and that his plan is submitted in a timely manner since Support Brokers start their jobs on March 1?   I don't want my son's case to be a guinea pig for them.  What are you doing to train these workers so that they are able to handle their caseloads effectively from the start?
