I am all in for getting rid of service facilitators. They have been nothing but grief and a pain in the neck, not to mention a duplication of services that we already get from the county. Ive been cancelled, ignored and our lives disrupted all to schedule these appointments which are worthless. One provider didn't send our renewal paper work in and cost our family 10K in lost income. Another cancelled every appointment for 6 months (sick she said) and then abruptly cancelled us with a 10 day notice that left us scrambling. Another is never able to come when it is feasible for our family. We are caring for handicapped people and we are VERY busy and we really don't need someone in our homes asking repeated unnecessary questions and giving us a hard time about when THEY are able to come. I welcome the change because they added nothing to our lives but hardship and aggravation.
