We are posting to add our voice to support approval of Vanguard Landing as a provider of Medicaid Waiver services.  Our son is intellectually-disabled and is looking to shortly pursue his independence.  He needs choices to assess to give him the best shot at being successful. He sees Vanguard Landing as a community to build friendships with his neighbors, grow as a person, yet provide access to the greater Virginia Beach area. He also needs financial help to receive the significant supports required. Vanguard Landing can provide these supports and would be a choice for him and many intellectually-disabled people who have Medicaid-approved waivers.  Please approve Vanguard Landing as an approved Medicaid-waiver provider.
