Individuals with disabilities should have the same right to choose where they live and receive the support they need as anyone else. Vanguard Landing is an innovative, inclusive community of homes that helps adults with disabilities live meaningful, connected, and independent lives. Because Medicaid waivers belong to the individual, I strongly support allowing residents to continue using their waiver-funded services at Vanguard Landing so they can live with dignity, opportunity, and choice.
