VSPE opposes the proposed language of section 18VAC10-20-270 Licensed by Endorsement, Section B, International Endorsement, that proposes to allow individuals holding a "valid license in a country that is a signatory to the mobility agreements of the International Engineering Alliance" to be given comity as a licensed PE in Virginia.
