I have been fishing Chesapeake bay,  Lower Potomac,  Mobjack Bay,  Elizabeth River and all surrounding tributaries in my kayak for 20 plus years and have seen a very large depopulation of Menhaden population.  There used to be huge schools and baitballs everywhere,  now they are occasional. There's no doubt the over netting has put a hurt on them. Please stop Omega, Please
