I support a moratorium on menhaden fishing in the Bay and VA state waters. No other state allows it. The Bay ecosystem is separate from the Atlantic Ocean. The current level of Harvest from VA waters is not sustainable. Industrial fishing needs to occur in the Ocean three miles offshore.
