There is no reason to put a moratorium on bay fishing the commercial fisherman respect and understand the ecosystem they have to in order to make sure they have a way to continue work they do not over fish they are the ones people that are not on the water, a place where these men people feel at home and love, they do not want to happen to the ecosystem and they take care of the water.

     The second reason is that it will destroy Northumberland it is the main industry in that county hundreds of people rely on the bay for income along with other counties the should not pass leave the waterman alone
