This petition is a baseless, politically motivated attempt to use trans people, especially trans women and girls, as pawns in our culture war. The petition’s assertions have no foundation in science or public health, and fall outside the legal authority of the Board.    Make no mistake, it is not about fairness or some twisted idea of feminism, but about hatred and the desire to control and dominate.   

These attacks not only hurt trans people, but all marginalized members of our society.  The trans community needs our support and understanding.   Please deny this petition.
