I have a daughter who has always been competitive and has competed at high levels.  No transgender has the same natural body capability as a female.  The entire purpose of Title IX was to give females a chance to excel in their activities.  Keep XY out of XX competitions.  For transgenders to remove the ability of females to compete for the top placements actually repeals Title IX.

To give transgenders competitive opportunities, make a separate category.  Let males compete against males, females compete against females, and transgenders against transgenders.  That is fair.

In addition, I, myself, participate in physical fitness at a facility.  I know that I absolutely do not want to see a male in restroom facilities and or in shower and changing areas.  Women deserve body privacy.  Surely we all remember our shyness about our bodies as teens and how we compared ourselves to others.  Don't add males into that mix.  And, of course, there is the concern about safety as we have witnessed in Loudoun County.

Privacy and safety demand that XX females and XY males have exclusive competitions and facilities.  That was the basis of Title IX.
