I am the grandparent of a Transgender grandaughter.  She is a wonderful, kind and responsible young lady.  If she chosen to participate in high school sports as her genuine self that is her right.  These children go through so much and are just trying to be themselves.  Their mental and physical health should be the primary concern of the state of Virginia.  

I ask that the state’s health officials consider the wellbeing  of these very vulnerable children.
