The Department of Health's mission is to protect the citizens of the Commonwealth from potential harm, primarily by using scientific facts and reason. The scientific evidence clearly proves the differences between a male and a female body, with males have a greater advantage physically over females. A biological male calling themselves a female is not the point.  The point is the danger a female is placed when competing against a biological male. That is a physical danger.  Then there is the mental and emotional anguish of involuntarily undressing, showering and dressing in the locker rooms.  Doctors take an oath of "do no harm".  The Dept. of Health should honor that oath by preventing any harm that will occur on the playing fields, on the courts, in the gym and in the locker rooms. One young Virginian, female athlete has already been severely injured that I know of.  How many more females will be injured before reason takes priority over misdirected agendas?
