As a father of a daughter who has begun competing in sports, and husband to a wife who competed in sports, I strongly support this petition to ensure biological females and only biological females are allowed to continue competing without the negative disruption that has already occurred among sporting teams where they allow biological males to compete on female only teams.

This isn't about discrimination, this isn't about bigotry, this isn't about being judgemental. This is about pure fairness that can be objectively observed throughout society when it comes to the common strengths and weaknesses between biological females and males. Especially, when they compete in sports.

Allowing biological males to continue competing in female-only sports is not solving a problem, but rather creating and compounding another set of problems that will fully undo the efforts pursued by so many to create and establish female-only sports. 

Consider the increased popularity and viewership of women's college and professional basketball. This is because society recognizes the significance of female-only sports and keeping it only for biological females. 

Why is there such a push to allow biological males to compete in female-only sports, when these individuals could pursue creating a new or competing in an existing co-ed league? Additionally, where is the data supporting that biological females wanting to compete in male-only sports?

Please allow only biological females to compete in female-only sports, biological males to compete in male-only sports, and encourage/promote trans individuals to pursue establishing or competing in co-ed leagues. That ensures all individuals are accounted for and allowed opportunity to gain the benefits that come with competing in sports.
