Trans girls deserve to participate in sports. There is a very small amount who participate in general, barring them from sport will only lead to more gender policing of all women. There are always biological advantages, trans women are not taking over high school sports or else they’d be winning every title. Hormone therapy can reduce testosterone levels. Trans women aren’t going through transphobia, the challenges that come with body/gender dysmorphia and hormone therapy for fun to beat other girls in sport. This is a transphobic and discriminative bill that will hurt women’s sport more than allowing trans women to compete rightfully with girls/women!
