I support this legislation.  Women in VA, especially young children and students, need to be protected from those who would encroach on their privacy, in the physical sense.  Some of us still believe in modesty, and raise our children accordingly. 

We know it to be true that men and women have different physical abilities that can affect athletic performance.  It is patently unfair for them to have to compete as equals in competition.
