I urge the VA Board of Health to APPROVE the petition for rule making to prevent biological males from competing in female only athletics and using female only spaces. Trans people who are biological males  should not compete in sports against biological females because it is not fair: the biological males have a physical advantage over females. It is not about discrimination. It is about safety, fairness, and truth. Biological females have a right to compete in female only competitions and have access to female only spaces. Ignoring biological reality in favor of ideology harms women and girls the most and violates their rights and threatens their safety.
