I demand the Virginia Board of Health to approve this petition for rulemaking to limit female sports and spaces to biological women only. This is best for safety, modesty, and fairness. The amount of psychological and physical harm done to women and girls is hard to overcome and heal from and those instances could have been prevented simply by keeping female spaces for females. Do not let these women and girls down.
