Exactly how will this be "prevented"? And, further, how will this be "controlled and prevented" without engaging in all sorts of privacy and constitutional rights violations? Strip searches and proof of sexuality at time of entry? And do we have to show our genitalia to others just to make them "feel better"? There's no end game here. Why start it and open this pandora's box.
