Women and girls are not a blank slate here to prop up an anti trans moral panic agenda. Women and girls INCLUDES trans women and trans youth. Trans youth experience higher rates of bullying, self harm, and mental illness. Teenage girls do need protection and it is not from this imaginary threat of trans youth. Please keep hateful regulations like this out of our state. Virginia is for Lovers, not haters who are hooked on conservative conspiracies that have no actual proof. If the people proposing this really cared about women and girls they would try to fix the real life threats that women and girls can tell you themselves that they actually deal with  

keep hate at home and not in our public spaces.
