I urge the Board of Health to approve this petition for rulemaking to 

limit female sports and spaces to biological women/ girls only. Women and

girls will remain open to harm if biological reality is continued to be ignored in favor of

ideology. Citizens should expect protection by the state and policies that erase

meaningful distinctions between male and female will leave ( as we have seen) our most

vulnerable unprotected. Please approve this request for rulemaking and help our 

state lead the way in protecting women/ girls in sports and spaces.
