I strongly urge the Virginia Board of Health to accept this petition as laid out in limiting female sports and the spaces they utilize to biological women only. This is not a matter of discrimination, but of safety, fairness, and truth. Ignoring the scientific facts of gender, harms women, and girls the most! Our Great Commonwealth has an obligation to protect her citizens, especially the most vulnerable, from policies that erase the obvious distinctions between male and female! Please approve this request for rulemaking and assist Virginia in paving the way to protect women’s sports and their spaces!
