I strongly oppose this petition. 

This petition is not about safety; it’s a dehumanizing narrative of hate and fear and discrimination against trans people, and we Virginians do not stand for that.

The Department of Health serves to protect the health and promote the well-being of ALL people in Virginia. 

I would prefer that the Department of Health focus on public health and access for all. 

As a small business owner, healthcare is one of my number one concerns in running my company.
