I urge the Virginia Board of Health to approve this petition to limit female sports and spaces to biological females only. 

This is not about discrimination or ideology or politics; it’s about truth, safety and fairness. 

TRUTH:  Biological males are not and never can be females.  Wanting something doesn't make it so.  Believing something so obviously false is insanity.

SAFETY:  Many recent examples prove that biological males can be a physical danger to biological females during competition.  They are physically stronger, weigh more and are faster.   The state has a duty to protect its citizens.

FAIRNESS:  Ignoring biological reality in favor of ideology harms women and girls the most by negating their hard work in training for their sport and the money and time spent preparing for competition. 

Please save Virginia from policies that erase meaningful distinctions between male and female and put females in compromising and dangerous situations. Please approve this request for rule-making and help Virginia lead the way in protecting women’s sports and spaces.
