If you look at the science on this subject  there are two problems with this claim. The first is the definition of biological males. There are many components to define a person's gender and only one of those components is their genitals. There are the genetic components and internal components. The law currently does not allow anyone who claims to be a male to play in female sports. To play in female sports you must claim to be female. Before puberty this may mean a different name, hair style, and clothes. Before puberty there are no physical differences that give advantage to any sport. Once puberty begins, hormones kick in which change the body's development. This petition is against transgender individuals. Transgender individuals often go on puberty blockers to stop hormones from changing their bodies. When they start hormones they often begin taking hormones that match their gender alignment so that their body develops in that gender. This gives them no biological advantage. Current laws for sports often state that in collegiate sports athletes must be on the correct gender hormone for at least one year thus taking away any physical advantage. Any "biological male" who wants to enter in female private spaces or play female athletics just to creep on and stare at females must undergo these processes. That is currently not happening. The petitioner has given no proof of these claims. The only actual instance I can think of biological males entering private female spaces are young children going to the women's restroom or locker room with their mothers. This petition wants to change that and lump children in with perverts. Actual perverts are going to creep on women no matter what and current laws already exist to protect women from them. This petition is fear mongering and discriminatory.
