This is ridiculous to even consider doing this to our already suffering  nurses.  I agree with every comment on this thread.  We have worked our tails off,  dished out thousands already to obtain a license and to have to continuing paying for it over and over is ridiculous anyway...to increase the fee by 64% on what we already are forced to pay is a slap in the face to all of us...pure GREED...and yes, this makes me angry.
