In the current state of the economy it is absolutely absurd that we are proposing increasing licensure prices. Nurses deserve better, we tirelessly work in understaffed positions for abysmal pay in the State of Virginia. There are plenty of nurses who cannot afford these price increases. The nursing profession as a whole is losing nurses all the time who are burnt out and over the demanding profession.  Now we will have to pay more for a license, are we trying to push nurses out? I strongly oppose this and urge Virginia to reconsider.
