Please do not raise the fee.  It is already hard enough to keep the nurses in the inpatient setting.  Nurses are leaving left and right.  Increasing the fee will drive more out of nursing.  We are already under staffed and over worked.  I ask that you focus your efforts on bringing new nurses in, safe patient to staff ratio, nursing assistants, and mental health.
