There is an obvious nursing shortage. The economy is less than desirable. This is just one more expense that is taking money out of the pockets of the nurses you already have. That’s less money to spend on food, gas, and utilities. What if the nurses birthday is in December, like mine? That’s less money for their children’s Christmas. Why are the nurses being punished when they are being depended on in this shortage? This is absolutely unacceptable.
