Draft regulations as presented were developed with input from optometry and ophthalmology and should be supported as presented. I support these changes. These types of lasers are done by optometrists every day around the country without complications. The only argument ophthalmologists ever make is about their profession losing control and dollars. It is never valid safety issues.
