Clearly the percentages of ticketable complaints and the actual number of hounds hunted do not support these changes.  The financial loss to small communities if deer hunting gets so restricted clubs fall apart.  Hounds chase.  If the matter so significant why is there not reference to Coyote, Bobcat, coon and Fox hounds.  If the matter is truly a major issue then all hounds would be part of the proposal.  Is this an attempt by land owners to own all hunting in Virginia in order to draw large lease fees for trophy deer and bear?

Let's compare the number of hunting dogs shot, collars disposed of and felonies committed to the actual injuries for trespassing a misdemeanor.
