My name is Paul Gyoker. President of the Bronco Rod and Gun Club. As both a dog hunting club and land owners, We strongly recommend opposing this bill.

There is nothing protect the law biding hunter from false accusations. Once the land owner gets the name and number off the dogs collar, they can call it in at any time.

Hunting with dogs in our area is a long standing family tradition. Its about the families and friends and the memories made of the thrill of the hunt and the sound of hounds echoing the woods. 

This is a step in the wrong direction to protect and save the hunting heritage in the commonwealth. Hunting as a whole will be thrown to the way side. The revenue the we the hunters produce for the state will go away. Insurance premiums will rise because Hunting with hounds is the largest part of deer population control for our area.
