Support legislation to make hunters accountable for their hounds trespassing.   

I have seen first hand how bear hunters in Highland County disrespect landowners property and think they can run hounds anywhere they want.  They entire group of hunters did not have permission to run hounds on anyone's land or to hunt for miles and yet they pull along the road and dump their hounds out.  This is trespassing as far as I am concerned and the hunters should be cited for each hound trespassing.
