I strongly encourage the passing of the GPS Tracking Collar Bill.  The majority of hunters already use this technology, and it is necessary to track the where abouts of their dogs that have strayed from their hunting land.  It also allows the hunter to use corrective means to control their dog for its safety.  Please pass this bill.
