I oppose the bill because not everybody that hunts can afford hunting dues, license,maintain their hounds, and afford GPS equipment. People have been hunting with dogs for years without GPS equipment and why put a law that requires GPS equipment now. With the cost of living being so high these days, it's hard for families just to pay for dues and license to hunt. I am blessed to afford all the GPS equipment, but not everyone is that fortunate. Those who can't afford it shouldn't be punished, and let the tradition live on.
