My spine was completely fused to a metal rod when I was 11, and now that I'm 59, it looks like a stalactite. I have a ten lb. weight limit on lifting objects. My last back doctor told me I would always need something to manage pain, especially since I also have arthritis in my back, hands, and feet.
My poor feet also have fallen arches, and bunions so bad that it's too late for surgery.
But when I take kratom, it is the only time I can stand straight and walk without limping. I don't experience any "high" or anything like that. I just feel NORMAL, which hasn't happened in the 15 years that I took opioids 3-5x a day.
Please. Kratom has probably saved my life by making it bearable. I still can't carry grandkids on my hip, but I can sit on the floor when we put together the train set, or climb the monkey bars at the park with them. Kratom has been a true blessing.
