Please don’t ban this effective pain medicine

I’m a 52 year old woman who has multiple invisible disabilities, including chronic pain, fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis and other conditions. 9 years ago, I was prescribed 90 mg of opioid pain medication and it didn’t help at all. I was bedridden and on a path to addiction (which took my beloved brother). I had no desire to continue living. I was desperate for help and relief from the overwhelming pain…I discovered a plant called Kratom in a pain support group. A plant that could help my pain? I did heavy research and armed with the truth, I tried it. This plant saved my life. No other way to look at it. The pain relief I found with Kratom allowed me to return to work (part time) and regain my desire to LIVE! It’s so much safer than opioids. It doesn’t suppress breathing. You can’t OD on pure unadulterated Kratom. Please don’t believe the propaganda. Please don’t make chronic pain patients suffer and be criminalized!
