I am one of millions of people in the USA who find great relief from several chronic ailments with kratom.  I have been utilizing kratom for 10 years to help with back pain, neuropathy, and insomnia due to a congenital condition known as multiple lipomatosis.  I have no medical treatments available to me other that surgical removal of the lipomas.  The problem is that I have more than 100 lipomas in my body, so the task of removing all of the lipomas causing pain and other problems is not financial feasible to me.  The only option I am left with is pain management and kratom does just enough to keep my pain at bay.  Because of kratom, I can sleep, work, spend time with my family, etc.  Please follow the actual science on kratom and make a decision based on that instead of because of unscientific pressure from the FDA or uninformed people.
