Do not make criminals of kratom users. Do not ban it, do not make it illegal and lastly do make it a schedule 1. It is a botanical herbal not a drug and jas been ised for overa 1000 yearsin Asian countries.  It helps people with addiction, anxiety, brain fog, insomnia and so mamy more things. I've known a lot of people who have been able to get off opiates and anxiety meds using kratom.  It is NOT an opiate thoigh it frequently gets mislabeled as an opiate. Alcohol, marijuana and opiates have worseside effects than kratom. Please do mot ban or schedule it a 1.
