It amazes me that I live in a state that overturned a kratom ban in 2016 State vs. Miller and gave kratom back to the people of the state of Tennessee. However, our marijuana laws have not been updated! I find great irony here that Virginia has legal recreational marijuana and there's actually legislation to outlaw kratom? The people are tired of over regulation! Quit taking money from the FDA and big Pharma and listen to the will of the people.
