The Rock fish are starving in my portion of the bay they are skinny and very undernarshed with evidence of sores on their bodies. I used to enjoy fishing but now there are no fish to catch and no bait to attract them to my portion of the bay. Let's ban the entire Reedville Manhaden fleet from harvesting this valuable food for our Rockfish to grow on.
